As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will lead the overall management and monitoring of our Point Branches within your area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
- Overseeing the growth and quality of the portfolio in accordance with Amartha's objectives and goals.
- Ensuring recruitment processes, partner services, and mentoring adhere to established SOPs.
- Managing the strategy, oversight, processes, and operations of all branches in your area.
- Ensuring the complete and orderly administration of branch offices.
- Guaranteeing that branch operations run smoothly by fulfilling licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
- Ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
- Supporting staff in delivering optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Facilitating the operational success of branches in your region through effective human resource management.
- Driving the expansion initiatives set by Amartha effectively.
- Ensuring the quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit results meet management expectations.
- Upholding principles of transparency within branches.
