Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Proven experience leading at least 2 branches. Experience managing a team of 5-10 members. At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Manager/Area Manager. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve team targets. Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C. Willingness to travel throughout the Kudus area. Essential Skills:High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Eager to learn, particularly in analyzing information and data. Adaptable to change and target-oriented. Able to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

About the job

As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will lead the overall management and monitoring of our Point Branches within your area. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
  • Overseeing the growth and quality of the portfolio in accordance with Amartha's objectives and goals.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes, partner services, and mentoring adhere to established SOPs.
  • Managing the strategy, oversight, processes, and operations of all branches in your area.
  • Ensuring the complete and orderly administration of branch offices.
  • Guaranteeing that branch operations run smoothly by fulfilling licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
  • Supporting staff in delivering optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Facilitating the operational success of branches in your region through effective human resource management.
  • Driving the expansion initiatives set by Amartha effectively.
  • Ensuring the quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit results meet management expectations.
  • Upholding principles of transparency within branches.
