Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Proven leadership experience managing at least 2 branches. Experience leading teams of 5-10 members or more. A minimum of 2 years experience in Microfinance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies collaboratively with your team to achieve targets. Possession of a motorcycle and valid SIM C license. Willingness to travel throughout the Majalengka area. Required Skills:High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration abilities. High eagerness to learn, especially in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and a target-oriented mindset. Aptitude for fostering a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

Join Amartha as an Area Manager, where you will oversee the comprehensive management and monitoring of our Branch Offices in the Majalengka area. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all Branch KPIs within your area are met effectively.
  • Driving the growth and quality of portfolios in alignment with Amartha's established goals.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes, partner services, and support are conducted according to standard operating procedures.
  • Managing strategies, processes, and operations across all branches within your area.
  • Maintaining organized and complete administrative functions at branch offices.
  • Ensuring smooth operational flow by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory needs.
  • Strictly enforcing policies and procedures among all branch staff.
  • Facilitating optimal staff performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Ensuring the operational success of branches in your region through effective human resource management.
  • Supporting Amartha's expansion initiatives effectively.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality that aligns with Amartha’s objectives and management expectations.
  • Upholding principles of transparency within branches.
