As the Area Manager at Amartha, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our Point Office/Branch operations in the Wonogiri area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all Branch KPIs within the Area are achieved effectively, including:
- Maintaining the quality and quantity of the portfolio to meet the goals and objectives set by Amartha.
- Ensuring the recruitment, service, and support processes for partners comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Overseeing strategic management, processes, and operations across all branches within your area.
- Ensuring that all branch office administration is complete and orderly.
- Facilitating smooth branch operations by ensuring compliance with licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
- Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff within the branch offices.
- Ensuring all staff perform at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Facilitating branch operations in the region through effective human resource management.
- Driving the expansion plans outlined by Amartha effectively.
- Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit values meet management expectations.
- Promoting transparency and openness within the branch.
