Position Summary
We are in search of an Area Sales Director (referred to as Area Directors at N2) to launch, develop, and steer a Real Producers publication in your local area. Upon acceptance, you will act as a local publisher: generating revenue, forging partnerships with business owners, and crafting a magazine that embodies the spirit of your community.
Your initial months will center on establishing your territory and expanding your client network. From this foundation, you will cultivate an asset that you can genuinely call your own.
This hybrid role combines in-person community involvement with work conducted from your home office.

- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.

- Link local businesses with their ideal clientele through your publication.
- Engage with homeowners to gather authentic, community-focused content.
- Oversee your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
- Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
- Champion your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
