At PrecisionAQ, our creative team excels at transforming our clients' visions into dynamic visual narratives. As our Art Director, you will play a crucial role in developing resources that empower our clients to achieve commercial success in the healthcare sector.
The Art Director will oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of resources spanning multiple accounts and projects. This role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate effectively with a talented team and adhere to stringent timelines in a fast-paced environment. A key aspect of this role is to creatively interpret content and express innovative ideas. You will closely collaborate with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director to uphold creative standards while mentoring senior graphic designers and providing constructive feedback on their work.

- You excel in visualizing data, crafting charts and infographics, and can elevate any PowerPoint presentation.
- A hands-on leader, you adeptly manage the creative process, workflow, and resources, showcasing exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Your enthusiasm for health and science keeps you updated on trends in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing.
- You consistently impress clients and colleagues with successful projects including presentations, websites, training materials, and more.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Design materials based on strategic and tactical plans provided by the account management team, and by assignments from the Creative Directors.
- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and designated team personnel throughout the production process.
