RequirementsMain ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing solutions for medical image analysis leveraging neural networks, image processing, and large language models (LLMs). Setting up the working environment to clean and organize data, establish ground truth, and prepare necessary evaluations for various algorithms and pipelines. Collaborating with medical professionals and product managers to understand their needs and evaluate technical feasibility. Deploying algorithms under real-time operational conditions alongside the engineering team. Assisting in drafting technical documentation for the developed technologies. Supporting the research team through all stages, from conducting state-of-the-art analyses to planning and executing experiments. Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Proven experience in developing AI solutions. Familiarity with the following areas is advantageous:Artificial Intelligence at the EdgeBiomedical image processingComputer visionVideo processingNatural Language Processing (NLP)Large Language Models (LLMs)Experience with other data inputs, such as audio, text, or accelerometers is a plus!Strong software engineering skills in Python, with experience in the Python scientific ecosystem. Familiarity with AI frameworks, particularly deep learning libraries like Keras, TensorFlow, Caffe, or Torch; knowledge of GPU programming is an advantage. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
