About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Retail Store Manager at our permanent Aspen Flagship location, starting June 2026. This flagship store will feature a Madhappy Pantry Coffee Cart, merging retail with a unique hospitality experience that fosters community engagement.
As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, driving sales performance, leading your team, engaging with customers, and ensuring operational efficiency. We seek a proactive leader who can inspire their team, embody Madhappy’s values, and support the successful launch and stabilization of our flagship location, setting a high standard for both retail and hospitality.
