As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in constructing custom oil and gas sampling systems and sub-assemblies to meet project schedules. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies as well as pipework. You will be following established build methods and sequences of operations, assembling pipework, fitting valves, and installing instruments. This position requires you to assemble products based on detailed written procedures, ensuring precision by adhering to specified tolerances and drawings.
We expect you to possess the ability to read and interpret P&IDs and General Arrangement drawings, identify components accurately, and effectively utilize hand tools and rework techniques. Additionally, you will operate equipment and dimension mechanical parts and assemblies. On-the-job training and support will be provided to help you excel in your role.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Leverage the guiding principles and tools of our Manufacturing System to foster continuous improvement.
- Prioritize safety in all working practices.
- Comply with ISO standards.
- Knowledge of piping, fitting, ATEX, NORSOK, COMPEX, and fabrication will be advantageous.
- Supportive mechanical qualifications or experience are highly valued.
