Reporting directly to the CEO, your success will be evaluated based on your leadership, operational excellence, strategic account optimization, and revenue performance across our Supply and Demand portfolio.Your Focus Areas:Oversee onboarding, strategic planning, and maintain excellence in account management processes.Grow and lead a top-tier team of account managers.Establish and nurture key relationships with all AAX partners on both supply and demand sides.Create solutions for the rapid onboarding and ramp-up of new accounts.Identify and exploit opportunities to enhance partner relationships and increase revenue for AAX and its partners.Regularly strategize with key accounts regarding daily management needs and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, sales, and product teams, to enhance our offerings and drive additional opportunities.Contribute to corporate planning and provide ongoing revenue forecasts.
