Join our team at Omeris as an Assistant Accountant (F/H) on a fixed-term contract from July 1 to August 15, based at our headquarters in Caluire et Cuire.
As part of our finance department and under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, you will manage a portfolio of companies and suppliers, performing the following tasks:
Oversee the daily management and processing of transactions for assigned subsidiaries.
Record invoices and prepare payments for suppliers and expense reports.
Manage daily banking operations.
Assist with the annual filing and archiving of accounting documents and administrative records.
Review auxiliary accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensure proper accounting allocations and analytical assignment.
Contribute to the preparation of the monthly VAT declaration.
Participate in monthly and annual account revisions.
