Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing, PR & Branding:
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Business Manager to create an annual marketing calendar that outlines marketing activities and budget allocations.
- Plan and coordinate with the Marketing team to implement marketing initiatives, including product launches, events, and in-store activations.
- Coordinate with principals to execute marketing and branding activities effectively.
- Assist in tracking monthly budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Maximize product visibility through both digital and print media channels on a monthly basis.
- Design monthly in-store promotion schemes and work with Marketing and Retail Operations to ensure effective execution across all counters.
- Manage promotion license applications and communicate with retailers regarding promotional programs.
- Compile and present monthly marketing activity reports.
2. Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines from principals across all counters to ensure proper usage of visuals.
- Prepare for new counter setups as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecast stock for existing and new products, ensuring all Points of Sale (POS) are adequately stocked to prevent sales loss and maintain a healthy inventory turnover ratio.
- Complete all necessary reports in a timely manner.
3. Operations Support:
- Assist the logistics team in the customs clearance process by providing necessary documentation.
- Lead the preparation of legal documents for product notifications.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to produce Point of Sale Materials (POSM), such as blotter cards, paper bags, and vouchers.
- Manage payment requests related to brand expenditures.
