About Your Role
The Assistant Business Manager serves as a passionate brand ambassador, embodying the core values of Charlotte Tilbury. You will be driven to meet and surpass targets, motivating your team to achieve exceptional performance. Customer experience is central to your leadership approach, as you continually explore innovative ways to engage and delight customers. Working closely with your Business Manager, you will support daily operations on the counter, embodying a doer’s mindset in pursuit of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance in-store financial performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to set individual and team sales objectives, effectively communicating these goals to the Retail Artists.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit by showcasing expertise within the retail artistry sector and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the company's success.
- Exemplify outstanding customer service, fostering a memorable customer experience.
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to the team to maintain Charlotte Tilbury’s high standards in service and artistry.
