Main responsibilities
- Lead and direct the maintenance team during assigned shifts, making sure work is completed efficiently and building operations continue with minimal disruption.
- Train and mentor operational staff to help them develop skills and advance professionally.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program by scheduling tasks, assigning work, ordering parts and equipment, and tracking inventory.
- Supervise outside contractors performing maintenance work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and all safety regulations.
