Required qualifications include: A graduate of an accredited nursing program with an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license; a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, particularly with frail or elderly populations is desirable. Comprehensive nursing knowledge and experience necessary to effectively manage clinical operations.

As the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our clinic under the guidance of the Executive Director, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Clinical Nurse Director. Your responsibilities will include managing clinic staff, coordinating clinical workflows, and ensuring that high-quality clinical services are consistently delivered to our participants. You will also have the opportunity to oversee the WelbeHealth RN Case Manager program.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the quality of nursing services rendered to participants.
  • Providing leadership, management, and performance evaluation for LVNs and MAs, fostering clarity in roles and ensuring they practice at the top of their license.
  • Managing clinic operations and clinical care delivery to address both acute and chronic participant needs, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal care transitions.
  • Assisting participants and families in resolving care-related issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Managing direct reports, including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring staff.
  • Practicing within legal scope and authorization requirements.
