Position Overview and Responsibilities

Sentral is seeking individuals who prioritize people and excel at exceeding expectations. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a can-do attitude, a growth mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit. In this role, the Assistant Community Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks including communication with residents, collecting rent, basic bookkeeping, coordinating property viewings, and overseeing facility maintenance. Additionally, this role includes evaluating applicants and negotiating contracts.

This is an in-person role based in Hollywood, CA, with a work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Sentral’s standards, best practices, policies, and commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Assume duties of the General Manager during their absence, following company and community guidelines.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and guests to ensure they feel valued.
  • Address resident and guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage the resident lease renewal process and oversee retention metrics.
  • Monitor community operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
