What You Will Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement in partnership with the Director of Finance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with US GAAP, ensuring accurate and complete reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintaining operational discipline as the business scales.
- Manage end-to-end collections, serving as the main contact for customer billing and payment issues, and resolving matters from start to finish.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial and business processes, especially billing workflows, with attention to automation and scalability.
- Support external audit activities by coordinating with auditors and managing documentation for a smooth audit process.
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting, offering insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance.
