Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing the site’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Be responsible for achieving all site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop a personalized career development plan with a focus on progressing to General Manager. Manage sales volumes exceeding £60,000 and have experience in a branded bar/restaurant environment. Exhibit exemplary standards in restaurant presentation and personal hygiene for yourself and your team. Conduct monthly stock-takes and analyze results with relevant departments. Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining impeccable standards. Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the guest experience continuously. Build and sustain effective internal and external relationships. Exhibit strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Possess progressive management abilities.
