Maintain the building's beauty and community safety through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
Sustain optimal operational efficiency for all property components.
Comply with relevant building, county, and safety codes/standards, ensuring an accident-free environment.
Be available for weekend work and participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
