Domino's Pizza in Austin is hiring an Assistant Manager. This role works closely with the store manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and to maintain our standards for quality and service.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the store manager with day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Train new and existing staff on procedures and customer service
- Help implement local marketing efforts to increase sales
- Uphold Domino's standards for food quality and efficient service
