Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:Previous management or supervisory experience is highly desirable. Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. Proven ability to lead by example and uphold accountability within the team. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving common goals. Basic math skills for accurate order processing (calculator use permitted). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for taking and processing orders efficiently. Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, and reach as needed.
