As the Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee pub operations, including team recruitment, training, and development. You will also plan and execute events and manage the pub in the General Manager's absence. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a busy pub setting.
