Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales or a deep understanding of the advertising landscape in the Philippines, preferably from a brand, marketing, agency, or ad-tech background. Proven track record in servicing and selling to media agencies and direct brands, with established relationships with key clients and a solid understanding of media planning and platform solutions. Extensive experience in engaging with media managers and senior marketing leaders from agencies and brands, with the ability to effectively monitor and manage your sales pipeline and client interactions. Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and negotiation skills. Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and key sales reports aligned with business KPIs. A knack for winning media briefs and constructing compelling pitches for both short-term and long-term success.

Join our dynamic GrabAds Philippines team as an Assistant Manager, Client Partner, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and driving advertisers for campaigns across both offline and online channels. You will be the primary point of contact for advertisers, guiding them to collaborate with GrabAds directly and via their media agencies.
In this role, you will work closely with the GrabAds sales and account management teams and maintain a robust pipeline to meet quarterly sales quotas under an incentive structure. Collaborating with key internal stakeholders at Grab, you will unlock new business opportunities and create innovative partnership solutions for external partners with GrabAds.
