In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily IT operations to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all technology platforms that support our thrilling park operations. You will lead IT staff, coordinate technical support, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime in our fast-paced operational environment.
This position is vital to maintaining a 24/7 operational business, which includes managing shift-based operations, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You will implement and monitor comprehensive IT security protocols, maintain system performance, and oversee timely upgrades and deployments of hardware, software, and POS systems critical to guest services and retail operations.
Your collaboration with senior IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors will ensure the delivery of reliable IT services, support strategic IT projects, ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, and contribute to the overarching success of our large-scale entertainment operations.
