The Assistant Manager of Procurement at tasq-work supports procurement transformation and digitalization efforts. This hybrid position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and involves both project leadership and team development.
Main responsibilities
- Source-to-Pay project management: Oversee end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation projects, using a solid understanding of S2P functional processes.
- Procurement transformation: Lead transformation initiatives across industries and regions. Manage projects involving digital procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, from planning through completion.
- Business development: Identify and build new opportunities through external networks and professional relationships.
- Project and engagement leadership: Independently manage projects, taking on roles like Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support as needed.
- Team supervision and mentorship: Oversee recruitment activities and mentor team members to support their growth and development.
- Industry awareness: Keep up with procurement trends, new technologies, and best practices to bring forward innovative solutions.
- Capability building: Strengthen internal skills by leading knowledge-sharing sessions, preparing best practice documentation, and facilitating training programs.
