Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager - Operations, where you will lead a dedicated group of Sales and Retentions associates. Your role will focus on cultivating a customer-centric, high-performance culture while effectively managing people, metrics, and projects. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and enhance business retention through continuous improvement initiatives.

Utilizing advanced systems and technology, you will ensure efficient and effective operations while fostering the growth and development of your team. You will oversee the entire sales campaign process, from initial sale initiation and validation to addressing any subsequent queries throughout the sales journey. This includes both inbound and outbound activities along the way.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer retention and personalized selling
  • Proactively managing accounts and behaviors to take appropriate actions
  • Handling account inquiries
  • Overseeing administration and changes
  • Providing individualized support
  • Enhancing resolution efficiency
  • Meeting strategic targets
  • Coaching and developing team members
