Mandatory Technical SkillsDemonstrated experience in implementing S2P solutions across various cloud tools and ERP systems.7-10 years of relevant professional experience. Deep understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles. Proficient in:Leading functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. Creating documentation across project stages, including to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials. Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression). Integration experience with client ERPs is an advantage. Key Behavioral Attributes/RequirementsExceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong client management capabilities and experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work on various P2P/CLM technologies and platforms post-training and support. Full ownership of project roles and responsibilities, driving internal practice development initiatives.

This hybrid Assistant Manager - Procurement Ivalua role supports procurement transformation projects for tasq-work, based in Makati City. The position centers on Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation and digitalization, working with platforms like Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.

What you will do

  • Source-to-Pay Implementation: Lead or support the full cycle of S2P project delivery, using a solid understanding of procurement processes.
  • Procurement Transformation: Manage digitalization initiatives across industries and locations, handling workstreams from beginning to end on multiple procurement platforms.
  • Opportunity Development: Build and maintain professional relationships and networks to identify and advance new opportunities.
  • Project and Engagement Leadership: Take on roles such as Project Manager, Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, or Change Management Support, independently managing projects as needed.
  • Team Recruitment and Mentorship: Contribute to recruitment efforts and mentor team members to foster their development.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep up with procurement trends, technologies, and best practices to help deliver new solutions.
  • Competency Development: Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, prepare best practice documentation, and facilitate training programs to support internal capability building.
