Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of airport and terminal facilities.
Receive and verify all aircraft load declarations for flights to and from Malta International Airport.
Conduct regular data validation and verification checks using AMS KPIs and Data Exception Reports.
Familiarize yourself with aircraft stand allocation procedures.
Plan and manage resource allocation for check-in, baggage reclaim, and passenger boarding gates based on movement schedules; adapt plans as needed for maintenance and infrastructure changes.
Monitor resource usage and report any misuse of allocated timings.
Coordinate communication among terminal and airside teams in the event of airport system failures.
Manage information dissemination to airside teams during aircraft incidents and aerodrome emergencies, adhering to standard procedures.
Collaborate with Malta Air Traffic Services, MIA Customer Service, Ground Handling Service Providers (GHSPs), and airlines to ensure effective information delivery.
Represent Malta International Airport’s values of Service Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.
