Key Responsibilities: Engage with the school community, collaborating with school leaders, educators, and families to cultivate high-quality student support systems and social-emotional learning (SEL). Guide and monitor individualized student growth for those requiring targeted support in emotional regulation, social perspective-taking, problem-solving, and self-control—closely partnering with school leaders, network specialists, and external consultants. Design and implement effective, research-based SEL programming, coaching teachers in its execution and ensuring consistent, school-wide integration of Zeta’s SEL curriculum and practices.
