Job Summary
We are in search of a skilled Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Industrial Construction teams on-site. This role is vital for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely resolutions to any issues that arise, and maintaining smooth project operations. The APM will report directly to the Project Manager.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily project diary and assist in setting project priorities.
- Oversee daily timecard entry and approval processes.
- Monitor and document project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
- Compile cycle times and production data for historical analysis.
- Collect information on pay item quantities and any extra work items.
- Facilitate timely billing and reporting to optimize profit margins and ensure positive cash flow.
