You will work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, handle food products, and manage industrial equipment while adhering to safety protocols.Your Responsibilities:Recruit, hire, and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers.Oversee the onboarding, status changes, and payroll processes for all hourly crewmembers.Develop and manage crewmember work and training schedules.Evaluate and manage the performance of hourly crewmembers through development, coaching, and performance management.Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.Handle cash management and ensure accountability.Core Responsibilities:Uphold and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.Implement shift management practices that align with Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.Utilize tools, forms, and logs to support effective shift execution and corrective actions as necessary.Allocate crewmembers effectively during shifts.Deliver outstanding customer service.Recognize and reward crewmembers through our recognition programs.Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval, including discounts and timeclock adjustments.Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant.Perform additional duties as assigned.
