What We're Looking For:Over 2 years of experience in sales management, product sales, and customer service, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Proven experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team. Comfortable using computers, specifically MS Excel, and familiar with POS systems (RetailPro). A proactive mindset that consistently delivers a personalized retail experience. A willingness to learn and engage with the riding community. Knowledge or interest in motorcycle riding is highly desirable but not mandatory.

As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Comoto, you will play a crucial role in leading our store's team and contributing to its overall success. Your responsibilities will include guiding Sales Associates to achieve their sales targets while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. You will be equipped with extensive product knowledge, enabling you to provide customers and team members with detailed insights into product features and benefits. Additionally, you will support all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, processing returns/store credits, managing special orders, and delegating tasks effectively among the Sales Associates.
