Role overview
The Assistant Store Manager position is based at the new Knix store in Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket, ON. This hands-on role supports the Store Manager with daily operations, team development, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience from the first day of opening. Leadership and people skills are central, with a strong focus on building genuine connections with both customers and staff.

- Work alongside the Store Manager to manage daily store operations
- Coach and develop team members, including Key Leads and Sales Associates
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that helps customers feel confident
- Set the tone on the sales floor by balancing operational tasks with authentic customer interactions
