Wibra is opening a new store in Tilburg Heyhoef and is hiring an Assistant Store Manager. This position combines leadership with hands-on work on the sales floor. The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to guide the team, keep store operations running smoothly, and help create a welcoming shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Work alongside colleagues on the shop floor, setting the pace and leading by example
- Keep shelves stocked and the store well-presented, even during busy periods
- Coach and support team members throughout the day
- Assist with planning and ensure workflows stay organized
- Take charge in the Store Manager’s absence
- Handle administrative tasks and help with team development
What to Expect Day-to-Day
The day often starts with coffee and a quick check of the schedule. Most shifts involve working with a small team, coordinating tasks, and staying active on the sales floor. When new stock comes in, the team quickly gets everything out and displayed. The Assistant Store Manager leads by example, helping with everything from store presentation to supporting colleagues and handling admin work. Each day brings new challenges and variety.
