QualificationsThe ideal candidate holds a higher education degree in Accounting (Master CCA, DSCG/DCG, Business School) and has demonstrated experience in accounting/audit/review, preferably within an international group environment involving multiple entities and tools. Experience in a consulting firm is considered a significant asset. Proficient in accounting closure processes: monthly cycles, cut-off procedures, provisions, and account justifications;Ability to review accounts and structure a review file;Familiarity with holdings specifics: titles, inter-company transactions, intra-group flows;Basic knowledge of consolidation is a plus;Strong command of French accounting standards is essential. Knowledge of IFRS standards will be advantageous for future developments;Experience with Power Query and Kyriba is appreciated;Professional proficiency in English is necessary.

Assistant to the Administrative and Financial Director H/F

Position based in Bordeaux or Cognac

Position Overview:

In a dynamic environment, you will assist the Administrative and Financial Director of this multi-entity group, overseeing both national and international operations while ensuring meticulous closure tracking, account production, review, and reporting accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring closures and coordinating among multiple entities;

  • Ensuring the production and review of accounts, including those of three holdings;

  • Preparing decision-making support materials, financial summaries, and result analyses in advance of management control;

  • Supervising country-specific financial management;

  • Participating in cross-functional finance projects covering process harmonization, data quality, tool evolution, and information flow organization;

  • Providing support to accounting teams;

This role requires extensive coordination with various stakeholders, including local teams, consulting firms, and the group's headquarters.
