Completed commercial training or university degree, preferably with experience in healthcare or a comparable qualification. Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or community catering. Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent working style. Strong process-oriented thinking and familiarity with operational procedures (e.g., ordering goods, inventory, daily operations). Proficient in common office software (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and ideally have SAP knowledge. Knowledge in HACCP and hygiene standards. High communication skills, team orientation, and reliability. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor.

About the job

  • Perform general secretarial tasks, including correspondence creation, scheduling, and complaint management.
  • Provide support in all administrative matters.
  • Participate in project work, such as developing care concepts at various locations or in event management.
  • Engage in constructive and collaborative work with other departments.
  • Assist and represent the coordinator of meal services.
