Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships while leading problem-solving discussions.
- Clearly communicate how The Trade Desk’s solutions connect to client goals and business needs.
- Coordinate and take part in important agency meetings alongside business development and trading teams.
- Build trust with both internal colleagues and external partners.
- Set and track portfolio goals that reflect the company’s vision, monitoring revenue progress on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify new solution opportunities that address client business needs, and serve as a liaison between clients and the product team during development.
- Collaborate to solve business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and improve organizational processes.
