Role Overview: Associate Collections Analyst

Location: Draper, Utah, United States

The Associate Collections Analyst joins the Collections team overseeing the full collections lifecycle for BILL's Spend and Expense product. This role is responsible for both operational and strategic initiatives, including account-level assessments and developing outreach strategies to recover revenue. The position calls for a customer-focused professional with collections experience who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct account reviews to identify the best approach for client outreach
  • Implement plans to maximize revenue recovery
  • Contribute to improving collection processes to meet financial goals

What We Look For

  • 0–2 years of direct collections experience, ideally in e-commerce, payments, financial services, or a related field
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and master new processes and procedures
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking, with experience in data analysis and investigative work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills; able to resolve conflicts and build relationships in a dynamic organization
