Key Responsibilities
The Associate Consultant will support the Consulting Group by managing the logistics of our client service model, which includes:
- Maintaining accurate client records, documents, and correspondence within CRM and performance reporting systems.
- Executing and monitoring trade instructions, coordinating with custodians for proper settlement.
- Processing money movements, including contributions, withdrawals, and capital calls, ensuring compliance with client authorizations and internal controls.
- Preparing and delivering quarterly performance reports.
- Liaising with custodians, investment managers, and vendors to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Reviewing and managing subscription and redemption documents for investment managers, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Assisting with onboarding new clients, including data collection, account setup, and workflow implementation.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, data reconciliation, and compliance tracking.
- Supporting project management efforts related to investment research, client transitions, and technology upgrades.
