At CF, our associates actively collaborate with our teams across the UK, directly engaging with clients and contributing to impactful healthcare transformation projects. You will work alongside a passionate group of experts, including clinicians and data scientists, all the way to our Managing Partners.

Your Role

As an associate, you will take on short-term contracts, typically ranging from four weeks to six months, both in our offices and at client sites.

Your responsibilities will include gathering insights, performing analysis, developing strategies, and delivering actionable recommendations in partnership with your team, including a Partner or Managing Partner. We provide the necessary guidance and training to ensure you can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants at various experience levels, from Analyst to Associate Partner. To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of consulting experience in the healthcare sector
  • At least two years of experience with a top-tier consultancy or within a healthcare system
  • A Bachelor's degree; an advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • The capability to work collaboratively in teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A willingness to travel

Delivery Management

  • Consistently deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs within deadlines
  • Maintain awareness of project deadlines for yourself and the team
  • Proactively communicate any concerns regarding delivery
  • Prepare materials for client and internal meetings
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive work plan for your assigned workstream
