Role Overview: Associate, Data Analytics (Ebene)
The Incentives & Commercial Reporting team is looking for an Associate to strengthen analytical support for commercial performance. This position centers on ensuring that sales teams are rewarded accurately and that revenue insights are clear and actionable.
The role involves managing complex datasets, building and maintaining dashboards, and calculating commercial compensation. Curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to automate processes are essential traits for success here.
Main Responsibilities
- Incentive Execution: Calculate, audit, and administer commercial compensation and bonus plans. Ensure payouts are both timely and accurate.
- Data Investigation & Reporting: Maintain regular commercial reporting. Extract and manipulate raw data to deliver clear views of business performance, moving from estimation toward predictability.
- Dashboarding & Tech Stack: Use BigQuery, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets to create and maintain dashboards essential for tracking performance.
