Role overview

The Associate Destination Manager helps shape Viator’s product lineup in specific geographic areas. This role requires a strong understanding of local travel trends, opportunities, and challenges to ensure Viator’s offerings match consumer demand for variety, competitive pricing, and availability. Based remotely in the United States, the Associate Destination Manager represents the Viator brand, builds its presence in the region, and supports the commercial success of the assigned territory. Success in this position depends on close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to keep Viator’s product mix competitive and relevant.

What you will do

  • Maintain a strong Viator product portfolio for the assigned destination.
  • Source new inventory to address product gaps and showcase standout experiences in the region.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to secure top offerings and raise Viator’s local profile.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with partners.
  • Monitor important performance metrics and address issues as they arise.
  • Ensure key products remain available for sale on the Viator platform.

Location and work setup

This position is remote within the United States. Occasional travel to company offices may be required.
