As an Associate Director within our thriving Accounting Advisory practice, you will be a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, company stages, and sizes, including early-stage startups, emerging growth companies, middle-market firms, and large, complex organizations. Your expertise will encompass both public and private sectors, with a focus on Private Equity-backed portfolios. You will leverage your firsthand experience and unique insights to deliver customized, integrated solutions that address immediate challenges and lay the groundwork for long-term success. In this role, you will be responsible for client engagement, team leadership, mentoring junior staff, and driving business development initiatives.
