Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks an Associate Director of Advocacy & Political Law Compliance to join its Office of the General Counsel in Washington, DC. This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel and works within a collaborative legal team.

PPFA supports a network of independently operated, non-profit health centers across the country. The organization’s mission involves public education and advocacy around sexual and reproductive health, as well as providing accessible, high-quality care and sex education. The Planned Parenthood Action Fund, a separate 501(c)(4) entity, leads grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education efforts.

Role overview

The Associate Director of Advocacy & Political Law Compliance focuses on providing legal advice and services related to compliance, risk management, litigation, and business law. This role supports both the charitable and advocacy arms of Planned Parenthood, helping ensure that all activities align with applicable laws and regulations.
