The Role:
The Associate Director of Creative Strategy is a visionary leader who recognizes the potential of B2B environments for exceptional design. You will spearhead the visual direction for key accounts, ensuring that our diverse clients, from tech innovators to industrial trailblazers, possess a sophisticated, premium, and human-centric visual identity.
As an expert in visual systems, you will adeptly connect high-level strategic objectives with precise execution. Your profound understanding of performance-oriented creative will inform growth marketing initiatives, enhancing social-first creative thinking across various paid social platforms. You will lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, inspiring them to transcend traditional B2B clichés in order to produce work that rivals leading B2C brands.
What You'll Do:
- Direct the visual storytelling for B2B brands, transforming intricate data, technical white papers, and software landscapes into captivating and intuitive campaigns.
- Create and manage scalable visual systems that maintain brand consistency throughout all stages of the buyer journey, from high-level awareness (film/social) to mid-funnel conversion (infographics, sales decks, interactive experiences).
- Collaborate with creative strategy and media teams to develop compelling performance-driven creative that marries data insights with creative instincts.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers, providing constructive feedback that elevates corporate briefs into award-winning creative outputs.
- Lead the visual production process, including selecting photographers and directors, supervising color grading, retouching, and motion design to ensure alignment with the original creative vision.
