We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Property Management efforts from our Manchester office located at Chancery Place. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of assets across the North of England, including mixed-use, retail, and office properties.

Our Manchester team services a variety of local and national clients, including:

Institutions
Pension Funds
High Net Worth Individuals
REITs

As an Associate Director, you will report directly to the Team Director and be responsible for the performance of the assets under your management. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the finance team and site-based operations
Guiding the surveying team, including graduates and apprentices
Overseeing specialist service teams focused on ESG, Procurement, Customer Experience, Data, and Technology

You will ensure that our assets are:

Managed to the highest standards
Maintained in a clean, safe, and secure condition
Providing a modern and exceptional customer experience
Competitive and market-leading
Contributing to reducing carbon emissions
