Position Overview

The Coaching and Curriculum team is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Associate Director of STEM. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the quality, rigor, and equity of mathematics and science instruction throughout Rocketship's Tennessee schools. By working in close partnership with regional and school leaders in Tennessee, you will play a key role in strengthening instructional practices and elevating student performance in STEM disciplines.

As the Associate Director of STEM, you will provide direct instructional leadership and coaching to 3–5 schools across Tennessee, ensuring the effective implementation of Rocketship's STEM instructional vision and core programs. Collaborating with regional leadership and school-based instructional teams, you will report to the Senior Director of Schools.
