As the Associate Director of Strategic Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and gross margin growth across our organization. This role is embedded within the operations team while forming close partnerships with Finance, Product, Revenue, Clinical, and Customer teams to refine our care delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
This position is execution-focused. Besides identifying significant efficiency opportunities, you will take ownership of major, cross-functional projects, ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable, driving measurable outcomes. Unlike conventional business strategy roles that prioritize market expansion, this role centers on optimizing core operations: enhancing unit economics and strengthening operational fundamentals.
