About You
We are seeking an individual with a robust analytical background and/or policy experience, complemented by a strong integrity and passion for energy. As an Associate Director, you will spearhead projects, delivering innovative solutions to complex energy issues. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in electric transmission, including ISO/RTO transmission planning processes, interconnection concepts, permitting basics, and capital planning. You should also excel in management consulting skills, adeptly navigating ambiguous problems to chart a clear strategic path.
