Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Solution Architect, where you will spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions, emphasizing Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Revenue Cloud components such as CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management. You will take ownership of the solution architecture, lead technical teams, and ensure that Salesforce implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions within the realms of Field Service and Revenue Cloud.
  • Convert business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Establish logical, physical, and integration architectures.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and security protocols.
  • Design multi-cloud solutions integrating Sales, Service, Experience, FSL, and Revenue Cloud functionalities.

Field Service Lightning (FSL)

  • Architect and deploy FSL solutions, which include:
    • Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Asset Management
    • Scheduling & Optimization (including Auto-Scheduling and optimization rules)
    • Mobile Workforce Management via Salesforce Field Service Mobile App
    • Inventory and Parts Management, including Van Stock
    • Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Skill-based routing
  • Design offline-first mobile solutions and optimize performance.
  • Integrate FSL with ERP systems, inventory management, and third-party scheduling tools.
  • Implement best practices to enhance technician productivity and dispatcher efficiency.

Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)

  • Lead the design and execution of:
    • Salesforce CPQ (including Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Bundles)
    • Contract Lifecycle and Subscription Management
    • Usage-based pricing models and recurring revenue strategies
    • Salesforce Billing (including Invoices, Payments, Tax, and Revenue Recognition)
  • Architect complex pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and renewal processes.
  • Integrate CPQ/Billing with ERP, Finance, and Order Management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue and pricing governance standards.

Integration & Data Architecture

  • Design and manage integrations utilizing:
    • REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
    • Middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
  • Define data models, migration strategies, and master data governance protocols.
  • Guarantee data quality, scalability, and transactional performance.

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Establish a security framework using:
    • Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Shield (preferred)
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
  • Define environment strategies (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and oversee release governance processes.
  • Participate actively in architecture review boards and design discussions.
