Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1+ years of experience in early talent recruiting or a related recruiting/people operations role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and engage with various stakeholders simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
Proficient in utilizing tools such as Google Workspace and Greenhouse ATS (preferred) for candidate tracking, reporting, and maintaining alignment within hiring teams.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and early talent partners.
Flexible and resourceful mindset, willing to work occasional non-standard hours during peak seasons and support events or travel when necessary.
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a passion for iterating on processes to enhance inclusivity and efficiency.
